Ongoing support to an organization is important, we provide onsite or remote support depending on the support requirement of the clients.

Omni Logic Solutions understands that support is a critical factor when it comes to business continuity, we take away the pain of contacting 3 people if you are in need of support by providing direct access to our experienced consultants.

The benefit to you is that you are not dealing with a call center, support ticket system or someone who doesn't understand your requirements. You will be dealing directly with our consultants who know that it is important for you to continue with your business rather than worry about IT support issues.

Omni Loigc Solutions provides Onsite and/or Remote Support, we have in place 2 types of support contracts in place for customers who wish to get priority support.

1. Pay As You Go - This is an On Demand support where there is no Annual Support Contract in place and clients can directly call one of our consultants for Support which is billed *hourly.

2. Annual Support Contract - Under the support contract, clients get a priority on support requests and a prefered rate for Support, Development of New Functionalities & Upgrades. The normal response time is 2 hours during normal working hours. Plus there is a range of other services which is included in the Annual Support Contract.
