We have adopted Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step which provides the tools and techniques for effective and efficient Project Management.

We plan the project with you in mind and involve you in identifying the scope of the Project, this helps us in providing accurate estimates for the work involved and creating a "Project Schdule" for timely delivery and completion of the Project.

We monitor & report the progress of a project by conducting regular status meetings so the project does not deviate from its original scope which was set out. This enables effective control on the Project.

Implementation & Consulting

Omni Logic Solutions has a reputation of "Complete Knowledge Transfer" in our Implementation & Consulting Services, we are using Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology in all our implementations which provides us with guidelines and tools to effectively implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Our Implementation Consultants are experienced and certified in Dynamics NAV, we have integrated Dynamics NAV with several 3rd party applications including "SarePoint".
